Trading & Supply Chain Services

Sourcing is where we start. Inspection, consolidation, documentation and delivery are where the work actually gets done.

Service Lines

End-to-End, or Only the Parts You Need

Take the full trade cycle from us, or engage us purely as a sourcing and inspection agent while you handle your own freight.

Global Sourcing

We identify, qualify and negotiate with manufacturers across Asia, Europe and the Gulf — then present you with options at more than one price and quality tier.

Quality Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection against your written specification, with photographic reports and third-party agency involvement where required.

Consolidation

Cargo from multiple suppliers combined in Dubai into a single shipment — one bill of lading, one set of documents, lower cost per unit.

Freight & Logistics

Sea, air, road and multimodal movement booked under FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP terms, with insurance arranged on request.

Export Documentation

Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, legalisation and attestation prepared to destination-country rules.

Trade Finance Support

Letters of credit, telegraphic transfer and negotiated credit terms for established accounts, with multi-currency settlement.

How We Work

Five Stages, Clearly Owned

Every order follows the same route. You always know which stage yours is at, and who is accountable for it.

Stage 01

Enquiry & Scoping

You send specifications, quantities, destination and timeline. We confirm feasibility and flag anything ambiguous within one working day.

Stage 02

Sourcing & Quotation

We run our supplier network, negotiate pricing, and return a landed-cost quotation showing goods, freight and duty separately.

Stage 03

Approval & Order

Samples, datasheets or certificates issued for your sign-off. On approval we place the purchase order and confirm the production slot.

Stage 04

Inspection & Dispatch

Goods inspected before release, packed to export standard, consolidated and booked on the agreed vessel or flight.

Stage 05

Delivery & Aftercare

Documents released against agreed terms, arrival tracked, and any shortage or damage claim handled by us, not passed back to you.

Commercial Terms

Flexible Terms, Fixed Standards

We adapt the commercial structure to the trade. What does not flex is how the goods are checked and how the paperwork is prepared.
